Suite and Savary Inn - accommodation on Savary Island, BC

At Suite and Savary Inn, we offer three private sleeping cabins located a few steps behind the main house.

The cozy main house has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bathroom, and living area that features Michele's stupidly comfortable purple couch and charming wingback chintz chairs. Outside, a spacious deck, cliff edge 'bar' and 100 feet of private waterfront with unobstructed views of Vancouver and Texada Island will knock your socks off. Suite and Savary is ideally suited for couples or families with older children over 10. Younger children will be considered on a case to case basis. The cliff and a few other factors have proved to be a problem for younger children, but we can discuss these with you via e-mail or phone. Small, well behaved dogs are welcome, but please bring your own doggy bed or blanket.

THE CABINS

Garden Cabin - Located in a charming, private, high fenced English garden, this 8 by 15 foot cabin features a small deck and is furnished with a queen size feather bed, night tables and dresser. (The fence is to keep the deer out - or you in, doing whatever it is that you do......).

Wuthering Heights - A gorgeous wee cabin featuring antique leaded and stained glass windows, high sleeping loft, wee living area, and a wee woodburning fireplace.

'I Vant To Be Alone' Gazebo in the Woods - Set back in the cool old growth forest, but steps away from the main house. Completely private gazebo with a comfy double feather bed and garden area.

FACILITIES & AMENITIES

'The Really Nice Outhouse' - Not your average outhouse is located centrally between the three sleeping cabins. It features an environmentally friendly "I can't believe it's a composting toilet", sink and shower. We also have the Eagle viewing outhouse as well as a full bathroom in the main house.

Extras - For your enjoyment, at your disposal are four bikes and a double size 'sit on top' kayak to explore the island. We can also arrange prawning trips, bike tours and decadent seafood gatherings.

RATES

Gazebo in the Woods - Double bed: $120/night.

Wuthering Heights - 2 bed options: $140/night.

Garden Cabin - Queen bed: $160/night.

3 night minimum stay. Book the entire property for $400 per night. Ideal for 3 couples - possibly four depending on how friendly you are! Use of bikes and kayak are included.

MENUS

Bed and anything-but-breakfast. You really don't want to see us in the morning......but we will set up fruit salad, breads, jams, cereal, coffee and tea.

We also offer lunch and dinner menus upon request. Menus to be determined prior to arrival. We excel at most ethnic food - Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Italian - but we can also cook a nice simple steak and potato dinner!
